I have a coworker who invites me to dinner with his family every so often. Probably because i am s ingle. The only thing is that its not fun. I never feel relaxed. I don't get to really know them since they have 4 kids running around and the wife is preparing dinner. IT ends up feeling like I'm just a guest at dinner at their home. How do i politely turn the invitation down?

The biggest problem is that I have already said yes b/c I didn't know how to say no. Is there a way for me to get out of this?
