Therapy does make us question what and how we think! I disagree with abusive therapy, and fear that sometimes your T has crossed the line, as you know (I've told you before.) Everyone has problems grasping reality when their thoughts are disordered. It takes a gentle, patience T, imo to lead us there.

That you are avoiding so extremely would normally tell me to slow down in therapy sessions or expectations. Just because you might agree you aren't seeing things as they are does not mean you can now make giant leaps through the process. It is a process. If you are on the right road, at last, then going slower won't put you off course. TC!
