So... Earlier I posted on Facebook something about how I am proud of my dad for serving in the army for 20 years, for Veteran's day. 23 minutes later, he posted on his Facebook a piece of art I did in 12th grade, saying "Christie drew this with colored pencils." It doesn't necessarily outright say, "Wow Christie is a fantastic artist!" but I'm going to pretend that's what he meant. And I am going to just assume he did it because I mentioned him on Facebook, and that he wanted to communicate back. I think it's the most we have communicated at all in over two years.
