Bless your heart. You know, YOU don't have to file for divorce if YOU dont' want to. Why should YOU pay for it??? If HE'S the one that wants it, let HIM PAY FOR IT !!! I would NOT file for it, and I would NOT pay for it, if I didn't WANT it. He just doesn't want to PAY for it.

Since he's the one who wants it, tell him HE has to file. You don't want the divorce so you're not going to file. He's going to have to do it. I see NO reason why you should have to do it. None at all. He's working, so he should be able to afford it. Is he paying child support? If not, you'd better go to court and make SURE he pays child support for your minor children!!! Don't let him get away WITHOUT paying for it!! I don't care if you want to be friends or not --- he still has to pay for his CHILDREN!!
