My employer is a military officer and he thinks I'm a private, so he told me to listen to him and shut up. Then he noticed I have evil eyes darkened with anger (my eyes are brown and it was at night). I explained to him one issue in a calm voice, giving examples and since I proved him wrong, he said: 'You know what you're doing now? You're making a scenery' (yes, a 'scenery'). I was upset and told him I would consider changing the family (I'm an au pair) but today, on my name day, he said 9th Dec is my last day here. Now I am really 'making a scenery'- I complained to my agency. I had different bosses back in Poland but no one has treated me like this. Maybe it's a cultural difference.
