One day at a time! Let go let God, don't stay on the pitty pot. That one really helps me, don't stay on the pitty pot. I am self centered and like the pitty pot too much but my recovery group each meeting really picks me up and I am getting more graditude energy, enough for each day, which is just enough. Keep it up, one day at a time.
