Visited my Dad several years ago during the summer. At breakfast one morning he told me he awoke to noises in the basement...crashing banging etc. Apparently I was busy filling my old hiking pack with disused pots/pans etc that were stored on shelves....in the dark.

He said he just left the light on for me and went back to bed. He didn't seem bothered by it but I was! NO memory of doing that and I woke up in bed feeling fine. I've never walked in my sleep as far as I've been told...before or since.
