Do you have a doctor or therapist? Someone told you that you are bipolar, I am presuming? Can you talk to that person about this stuff? Cutting is a symptom. It means that you are overwhelmed with emotions that get out of control and you are trying to keep some control. It is really hard for kids when their parents are going through divorce, so it is totally understandable that you're having a rough time. Especially with bipolar disorder on top of that. You can manage it though. I know that cutting seems like it helps at the time, but then it leaves you worrying about whether someone is going to find out (and maybe sometimes there is a secret wish that someone will find out so that they will know how bad you are hurting, if it seems like nobody recognizes the depth of your pain), and you feel bad about it, and those feelings don't really go a way. They are still there and still getting bigger, because you have to find a healthy way to cope with what is going on in your life. It is real, and it is hard.

You can talk to us here, and I hope that helps. I hope that you can also find someone to talk to IRL, who can help you to find effective ways to cope. You can learn those skills. The sooner you get help with that, the easier it will be to overcome this.
