Sometimes, I think NTs and even autistics get autistic traits confused with "normal" traits. Sorry, I have no idea how to explain that better.
It is aslo about interpretation of the questions.
I find it interesting that people who score high on these tests are not "disabled" like I am. My traits
interfere with my life and school.
