Your cutting is a coping mechanism that the longer you continue the more difficult it will be to stop. It is an indication that you are struggling with something. Do you have a pdoc for bipolar? A t too? Either one can help you sort through what is going on in your life causing so much distress. It really is a negative way to cope even though it may not seem so right now. Please seek someone who can help you. Don't get to the point where you have more physical and emotional scars. Please try and stay safe.
