I'm sorry that you have gained weight on this combo. I'm really surprised your pdoc did not change your meds. The effectiveness does not help if you can't take meds because of fear of weight gain. Please call your pdoc! This does require a med change as fast as a mood swing issue. She should not have just blown it off. Does she know you have a history with ED? This actually makes me upset. Where you put on them at the same time? Are you willing to adjust one medication at a time?

Treating a person with a history of ED is much more complicated as our metabolism, brain functioning, and non-triggering meds our completely different than others. I'm really, really sorry this happened.
