Yeah, that kinda works, but realize that 80% of my employees will be African-American. It's a tough crowd...even though one of my coworkers (who I used to supervise) told me after a staff meeting 3-4 years ago in which I was took to task by an employee for saying "black"..."It's okay. *Staff member* is too sensitive. You know you're black anyway."

I went home with that. I told H I was black, to which he immediately quipped, "Albino, obviously."
