Hey razel. I work with autistic children. I don't know if you're aware but people with autism tend to have problems with many foods too. Out of 6 children I work with five are on a special whest free gluten free, dairy free, everything basiclly free diet. But I have seen how sick a child can get if they eat something they can't have. It kills me to watch them stare at a bag of Dorittos thinking how hard it must be for these little guys. I sympathize with you but also know how important it is to watch what you eat. Did you ever think that maybe you wouldn't feel so depressed if you weren'y getting sick all the time? Try to stick with it for 2 months, and i mean be hard on yourself, don't cheat. I'm sure this guy isn't gonna leave you if he finds out you have food alergies if he does then he's weird and you shouldn't be with him anyway. Sorry to babble on about this but i see behaviors change drastically in my kids after going on the diet and just think you would feel better too.
