- Too much attention.
- Knowing I can't concentrate.
- Traffic.
- Upset stomach.
- Being alone too often.
- New situations.
- A break in my patterns.
- Eating.
Ugh. This sucks. Haven't thought about this much, and I sure haven't written it down. Looks messed up and I am now bummed.
