Do you have a therapist? It is very important to have a T that can help you work through the PTSD. For a while it is really hard, but with time you can slowly gain more and more "control" over it, it does take time though. It is important to "understand it' know it is not your fault and have the right support. Being around others who can relate and support the challenge and encourage you to keep trying because, as I mentioned, it does get better.
