Spent most of the day at hospital, I am now being seen by the crisis team at home, I self harmed bad last night and constantly getting suicidal thoughts.
I won't be able to see my therapist while I am seeing the crisis team though.
I also have an appointment with my Pdoc next wednesday as they seem to think that my medication needs changing.
