I was in impatient for a few weeks 8 years ago. It was terrifying at first but also helped me get my life together.
I think you should talk to your parents. Just be open and honest. Sit them down and explain your symptoms. Get them to help you find a therapist. You don't always have to go to a Hospital to get help. If therapy isn't working then you can get put on a wait list for impatient. I have been struggling with mental illness since very young and my biggest regret is not going to my parents sooner.
