I've been off of anti-depressants about 1-1/2 months now, by doctor's order. I was miserable with the anti-depressant, but now in the last week or so I'm feeling the blues big time. I'm scared that I will just get worse. I don't want to go back on those meds, and I really don't know why I'm feeling blue.
