Anxiety can be very distressing.
Is it possible for you to find a way to have therapy again? I don't know what part of the world you are from but maybe a charity could help you pay for it?............. or insurance?
Are there any self-help groups in your area?
You can also buy relaxation tapes which help you to relax and help with the breathing. Hyperventilating can make you feel even worse.
Self-talk can help, reasuring yourself that nothing dreadful is going to happen.
Use distractions when you are out, ie. focus on something else to take your mind off the panic.
