1. Carry water with you everywhere you go.
2. Color your plate. (Colorful foods are healthy!)
3. Cut out fast food.
4. Cut out soda
5. Exercise
6. Don't starve yourself.
7. Don't deprive yourself.
8. Don't give up your goal.
9. Don't try to isolate. (Eat a variety!)
10. Drink a glass of water before you eat.
11. Eat five small meals a day.
-Light Breakfast, Mid-morning snack, light lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and a balanced dinner.
12. Give yourself 20 mins to feel full after a meal.
13. Get the right fit (pants) .. (If you get pants that fit you right, it's gonna make you feel and look thinner!)
14. Get your cardio going! (20 mins. 5 days a week.)
15. Have a special goal in mind
16. Ignore the hype when it comes to commercial products.
17. IGNORE THE SCALE!
18. Know your portions.
19. Maintain good posture.
20. One word: SWIM
21. Read the labels. (even on diet food)
22. Strengthen your core
23. Substitute sweets
24. The perfect push-ups.
25. Try reverse sit-ups.
26. Work together. (You are soo much more excited/dedicated to doing this when you're working with someone!)
27. NEVER skip breakfast.
28. Carefully monitor the food you eat.
-I read that you're supposed to change it up every couple weeks. If you keep doing the same things over and over than your body will get used to it and it will no longer help you lose weight. So remember to switch things up every once and awhile!
I am soo excited to start doing these things and I really hope they work! I am skinny already, but (of course) like most women, I am NOT satisfied with my look. my stomach needs to be flat and not have that little pouch thingy, and I wanna be more fit too! I'm tired of being able to look down and see my thighs jiggling lol. Even if other people don't notice things, I DEFIANTLY do! and I feel that this will help boost my self-confidence as well.
