You may have S.A.D. -- Seasonal Affective Disorder. It affects many people. The seasons change, and so do people's moods. I have had depression for many years, but I find that as winter approaches, the depression gets MUCH worse. Winter is so blah and dark & depressing here, and it's just miserable. Then as spring approaches, I begin to feel better. Summer is ok too, but then Fall comes around and I become nostalgic.

So S.A.D. is a real disorder, and perhaps you're affected by it too. It helps to get a special lamp for it that you sit under for only a few minutes a day. I can't ever remember the name of it, but you can get one of them at Bed, Bath & Beyond, if you have one of those near you. I'm sure other places have them too. You can't sit under them for long tho.

I wish you the very best. God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee
