Remember to keep yourself calm in this new adventure. Take long deep breaths and have some ways to cope with your stress. If it ever gets to be too much, tell your T you want to go slower. Be nice to yourself the day of therapy. Do things you enjoy that help you feel safe and relaxed. You don't want to overwhelm yourself.
