I agree, weight loss not needed, and you don't want to start getting into that mindset now. Been there, and its not worth it at all. Eating healthy tho, yes we all need to do that part.

Building some muscle and toning, building strength will probably help you feel better, give you confidence if you approach it with the right mindset. And is healthy for you. I found some awsome videos on youtube that are short, hard yet pretty fun.. The girl doing them is great and funny. I can send you some link to them if you want.
