there is no one way to have panic and anxiety attacks for example each one of my triggers causes me to have a different feeling to the panic/anxiety attacks.
my suggestion contact your treatment providers they can tell you for sure whether you are having a panic anxiety attack even though it feels different then what you have had in the past, or they can tell you if there is some other mental or physical health problem going on and get you treated for it.
