I think it was Billy Joel that said most of his most creative moments were his mistakes.

If this was a mistake by my therapist, frankly, all ethics aside, it was a good one.

It's working toward our advantage, it's making me look at myself. I don't like all this fear I'm seeing. I'm not liking a pattern.

Maybe this is one of the ways out and into something better.
