I think that you are doing a very wise thing. I know that the many times I have gone into the hospital before I had court hearings that it did help me to get through them. The groups they provide are very a great help for putting your thoughts together. I know that my pdoc has been the one to suggest my hospitalizations also before things get too bad for me. He is good at recognizing my problems. The hospital is a good place to take care of yourself without all the outside junk that goes on in life.
