No, I don't think so, Sunshine. It seems to me he may be asking for a little space of his own to calm down and rest. Let him have that and don't worry. You've done all you could at this point, and he will continue to co-operate with you and his psychiatrist as long as his chemistry is stable.

Worry only if he makes some unusual and striking request that is way out of character for him.

You're genuinely a good person in your efforts to help someone you care for.
