I've found a temporary daily release from the stresses of life, Swimming. I swim very intense and I'm in great shape from it, I've been doing this for the past 8 months just about every day possible for me to be swimming

Does anyone else have anything else they use to distract themselves from depression? Also feel free to comment about the swimming!
