I've recently shared that the time/weather changes has affected my mood.
I went to a few support groups last week and they helped. I had to share info on DBSA (Depression Bipolar Support Alliance
www.dbsa.org). I really enjoy the group. The good/helpful thing about DBSA is I was among others with bipolar disorder. The other groups I attend are very mixed depression, OCD, schizophrenia etc... Does anyone else attend DBSA or other support groups?
