At the moment I have been having the same sort of urge. But each time I do not cut myself I try and feel proud and happy of that and feel that although I am on the edge and so close I am not yet that far gone and I can pull myself away from it. It is so hard but be pleased each time you resist and dont be too hard on yourself if you do hurt yourself.

"I will not fear. Fear is the Mind-killer. Fear is the little death that causes total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. Where it has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain"
