I admire how you turned anger and urges into cut humor! It is a good way to get anger out, I would probably start saying that when I think of or reminded of my Psychiatrist. Good luck to you! You are great and remember that someday things will be beautiful! I just recently was feeling suicidal today and now am CHEERFUL AND EXCITED AND HOPEFUL! Go outside and have a whoop it up great time to make yourself feel better.
