I have been on adderall for 4 years and I've built up a huge tollerance. My pdoc has slowly increased the dose and I take weekends off. But IMO it is never as strong as when you first take it even if you stay clean a month.

I have a friend that I think is addicted to adderral. He takes 60 mg a day, freaks when he runs low, and is depressed when he's not wired. He also talks over people and has lost friends.
