Hi forum-ers!
I just joined the forum yesterday as a way to be pro-active in my hopeful recovery from my intense depression and anxiety symptoms.
Does anybody out there have suggestions and/or strategies for calming my mind? In particular, I have a lot (too many!) thoughts about my ex, about running into her, about failing at another relationship, about not being capable to function as a normal human being. These thoughts pop up at any and all times, and it is seriously affecting my well-being.
I welcome any and all suggestions from those who have (had) similar experiences, as I'm getting quite hopeless that I'll never be able to recover.
