I find rabbit vibrators with the thrusting head work wonders for **** pleasure. I've gotten several of them off ebay for ~$30 each. Just gotta be a little careful because the muscles in the **** are very powerful and if you clamp down too hard on the vibrator with them, you can stop of the motor and break it Or just a general penis shaped vibrator or dildo does the job too.

As for plugs, they feel good too. But I find they don't really give the "full" feeling like a regular dildo does. I do have one that inflates and vibrates and it works pretty well and only cost $20 on amazon!
