You know sometimes the best thing to do when you are feeling that low is to just cry yourself to sleep and when you wake up in the morning or after a nap or when ever you wake up make yourself get out of bed and focus on keeping yourself busy. Do something that you love doing no matter how hard it is to get yourself to do it just do it. Once you get yourself in the habbit of doing things for yourself you will find that you will start to feel better. *hugs* Just hang in there.
