"Five Stages of Grief"
These are just guides, the stages don't come in any particular order, and some people dwell on a particular stage for a long time while others do the whole thing very quickly. I can help to identify what stage you feel you might be in but mostly it might help to recognize and accept that what you are going through is truly a grieving process and that it is normal for people breaking up. Two years ago a loss of an almost-relationship triggered this in me and was a very large contribuiting factor to my current depression.
