This happens to me on a regular basis! I'm always misplacing my words (I once used the phrase "pheletone targer" instead of "telephone charger" before!), stuttering when I can't find the right one, & feeling pressured to just "insert" a word into the sentence even though it makes no sense... And often, I'll also look at words in text & feel that they don't look right. This USUALLY happens when my mood is going haywire or when I have what I think are seizures.
