our bodies are made up of vitamins & chemicals, I see no reason why vitamins would be less helpful than synthetic chemicals,& atleast you know the side effects arent hearing loss,depression & diabetes... People like to laugh at the natural approach, when our bodies ARE NATURAL! I dont get it,but cant grasp stupidity anyway...and No,I dont even take vitamins.Please be weary of the tinnitus,sometimes its permanent..
