I'm with you there. I'd rather not think about peoples' feet being where I'm sitting. Fortunately, my T asks us not to put our feet on his couch. I appreciate not having to think about it.

At school when students try to sit on top of the cafeteria tables, I'm pretty blunt in telling them that no one wants to eat their lunch where their butt has been. They generally reply, "Good point."

It's one thing to have my feet on my own furniture at home, and I have no problem with family and friends, etc., but total strangers? No thanks. Just rather not thank you very much.
