There was the session a couple of weeks ago when I sat in easy cross-legged pose on the floor, with my shoes off. It was fine.

But usually I sit in the recliner. I think I would feel more comfortable sitting on the floor, at least physically comfortable. But I can't expect my therapist to get on the floor with me (she's arthritic and dresses nicely). I think I'd feel even more child-like than I already do if she had to look down at me all the time.

I know some people need to get in touch with their inner child, but I personally want to mature and feel "grown up".
Thanks for this!
