Thanks everyone. Its quite hard to explain how its helping me. The workshops look at all sorts of things about why you feel the way that you feel and help you to try and move forward. Talking to other people who are in the same situation is also helping. So is a book that Steven, the leader of the workshops, has written. its called Live a motivated life. I got a copy at one of the workshops and just cant put it down. Its full of motivational stories and also techniques to help you get motivated, stay motivated and motivate others.
