Yeah, Thanksgiving was bad for me, too.
As far as suggestions go... The only thing I can think of is being extra nice to yourself right now, and reminding yourself that one day, ONE MEAL from one day, will not lead to drastic, drastic, drastic weight gain, despite what that little eating-disorder voice says. And feeling physically full is a very different thing from being fat.
Or just keep posting and reaching out to people you know. Distraction can work miracles sometimes.
