yeah i used to and still do pick the skin around my thumbs and i used to pick my scalp until it bled. i didn't realzie it was SI until it got worse and spread into using sharp objects. even though i was sumtimes even subconsciencly doing it, it would still count. so yeah what ur doing is the same thing.
