Shezbut mentioned some good points. You mentioned antibiotics - sometimes they can cause yeast infection because the antibiotics kill the good bacteria and this is when yeast thrives. Try to eat plain yogurt since yeast also likes sugar or you can take a probiotic suppl. Taking a bath can often cause UTI's - reason is bacteria in the water. If I do take baths, I wash privates 1st and make sure the tub is clean.

Use mild soap in the region and if you have a hand held shower head rinse well or use a plastic cup - dry well after....can even use a blow dryer. I would stay away from any sprays and powders once you shower. Once you're showered there shouldn't be any odor. Wear panty liners to keep dry. When at home you can use wipes(made for that area) after bathroom visits or like one religion does - they use water after each bathroom visit. If you know you're going to be involved, its best to freshly wash. IMO powders and sprays make it worse. If the odor is different then you may have a yeast infection.
