So the oft-cited preference for bigger breasts which manifests itself in the fact that there are far more breast "enhancement" surgeries than breast reduction surgeries seems irrational.

Hence, my question.

I cannot post without voting and I am a woman so I will vote on esthethic merits only and I prefer bigger breasts but I occasionally like small-breasted Asian women. Since I go for larger breasted more often, there goes my vote.
Wonderful, so I am throwing out one vote for big, one vote for small and we are basically left with only "I do not care" which is pretty much what I expected because, say, my ex husband, when he was young, liked both small and big and I find it understandable, similar to my liking men with and without beards.

But if the overwhelming majority of people do not give a damn, how do you explain the popularity of "breast enhancement" surgeries and the spam offering "breast enhancement" creams, potions, and other products that cannot possibly work? If people do not care, there should not be demand for enhancement, right? That demand for penis enhancement exists is rational - women in their majority prefer bigger endowments as we have seen on a thread with 600+ views which is a lot for this small forum; that demand for breast enhancement exists, beyond that from women with literally no breast tissue, seems irrational.
