I'm so sorry! Family therapy can be intense, I imagine particularly when you're a teenager. I say "imagine" because I didn't do therapy with my family until I was 20, and atthat point I was actually the one who initiated it. My sister, at the time and as recently as last year wanted no part in the process, and she was 15 at the time.
This is such hard timing. Know I'm thinking of you.
