I used to do it all the time. I only have one ex that I never got over. I have pictures of her and I but I never look at them, because it hurts too much. I also never look for her or try to see how her life is going, because it is all just too much for me. I do look up other ex's and people from my past and sometimes it bothers me to see how happy they seem to be and how unhappy I am. I know I should be happy for them, but most of them have hurt me in some form. I guess I should move on and forgive, but it still is tough. I haven't done any looking up lately because I have realized it is better for me to look to the future and not at the past. Wish you the best during this difficult time.
