I do understand how you feel , But its been 4 yrs don't let this rule in your live anymore you must learn to take backyour power.Do you have a support group or family that can help you get that power back honey. Just believe it and it will be so. And the more you do the less the attack will be in your memory. What can you lose? Go Ahead take it back tell yourself you are a strong powerful beautiful woman.
