((MUE)) - I deal with a lot of nightmares/night terrors. Has your T ever talked to you about something called a "Nightmare Protocol"? I have found it really helpful in reorienting myself when I wake up from nightmares to use this protocol... It's fairly simple, you just say a couple sentences out loud that reaffirms to you that it was just a dream and not reality. It's used for those with PTSD but I think it would work for anyone.
