eeeeks!!! yeah I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to go down there...in this same aunt's cellar they had this thing we used to call the catacombs-it really wasn't, but we weren't really sure then what it actually was...years later came to find out it was underground tunnels that had been sealed up that went from farm house to farm house north-many assumed it was for Indians, but the homes were built after that period of time...it was part of the underground railroad.
I hated going down there too many weird goings on...but the worst place was the third floor eves, and my cousins bedroom...she had a walk in closet that in itself was a room-just no window...it was a really hot day, and we were in there playing games, listening to the radio. When my sister who was sitting directly across from us said, can you turn the air conditioning down, it's too cold...my cousin said what are you talking about, there is no ac up here stop being a .....we reached our hand over to playfully swat my sister and the area she was sitting in was ice cold, the radio started going beserk and the lights flashing, we couldn't get out of the closet thinking it was my cousin dave....after what seemed forever, we went screaming down three flights of stairs to the kitchen and started yelling at dave in front of everyone...that's when they all told us dave had been in the room with them the entire time...no one but us was up on the third floor...my aunt turns to my father and said nonchalantly-oh, that's just the ghost!!!! I said I want to go HOME!!! lol that was a weird visit because everyone had strange and freakish experiences.
